Background
Executive Chef former Mechanical Designer
I spent more than 15 years in the food and beverage industry and 8 years in automotive machine design. As a Chef I was a business owner providing high end boutique dining experiences, catering and teaching cooking classes then an Executive Chef for at Golf Courses.
Trips to 'The Bush' In Canada as a child tent camping and exploring the backwoods I gained a huge respect for the beauty of nature and the simplicity in which one can live.
Mission
In the summer of 2023 I decided to take my experience and expertise on the road. I review cooking and camping equipment. You can follow me as I renovate my extended Sprinter Van 'The Beast' and take it on adventures! While visiting destinations I will review activities, campgrounds, attractions, restaurants and markets.
Providing honest opinions is my goal. I will post links for what I endorse and will not post anything I do not stand behind 100%.
